Swedish Explorer Scouts Take on the Explorer Belt Challenge
Recently, we were delighted to host a group of Swedish Explorer Scouts from Mölnlycke who are undertaking the prestigious
 Explorer Belt adventure.
The challenge sees the Scouts dropped off in Dalmellington before setting off in pairs to walk all the way to Stirling. Each pair has planned their own unique route, testing their independence, teamwork, and navigation skills along the way.
As part of their journey, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming them into our hall. On the Sunday night, Libby and Amanda stayed with us, and on the Tuesday night we were joined by Joar and Isak. It has been wonderful to hear their stories, learn about their routes, and share in the spirit of international Scouting.
They were also shown around Strathaven by Willow, an ex-Explorer and now a leaders in Edinburgh, who gave them a warm welcome and insight into the area.
We wish all of the Mölnlycke Explorers the very best of luck as they continue their challenge to Stirling – an inspiring example of adventure, resilience, and friendship across borders.
