Strathaven Scouts Annual Auction Returns on 16 May 2026

The Strathaven Scouts Fundraising Committee is hosting its popular Annual Auction on Saturday 16th May 2026 at the Strathaven Scout and Guide Centre, Kirk Street, Strathaven.

The event helps raise vital funds for Strathaven’s Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, supporting local activities, equipment and adventures for young people in the community.

Visitors can view auction items from 9:30am, with the auction beginning at 10:30am. Refreshments, including rolls and home baking, will also be available throughout the morning.

Organisers are welcoming donations of bric-a-brac, objects d’art, unwanted treasures and toys. Please note that books and large furniture items cannot be accepted.

Donations can be dropped off at the Scout Hall on selected dates between 10th and 14th May 2026, after which no further items can be accepted.

Anyone looking for a bargain, unique finds, or simply wanting to support a local cause is encouraged to attend this well-supported community event.
